How can I export a text from InDesign to a word (.doc) format?
Is it possible?

Hi Caio,

It's not possible to export as a .doc file. You can open a story in Story Editor by selecting a story and going to Edit>Edit in Story Editor. Then go to File>Export and you'll have the option of exporting the story as a .txt or .rtf file, either of which you can open in Word.
