Question
in CS3 I am setting up a Table of Contents from within the text, but when I
update it, the TOC is not flowing to the next page. I have to shrink the text size
down just to get to the bottom of the TOC. There is no cursor at the bottom to
start the auto-flow. Do I have to do this manually?

Hi Joseph,

Autoflow works when you are importing text. You'll have to click on the red plus at the bottom right of your text box.
Once you have the loaded cursor icon, holding down the shift key will allow the remaining text to autoflow.
