Question
I have in math equations in indesigncs3, but i have in math for indesigncs2. if the equation changes when i down sample idcs3 to cs2
I don't know the answer to that. There is always a change of text reflow when you go back a version. Since you don't have the same version of the plug-in that may also cause reflow/change problems.
Your best bet is to stick with 1 version of the software and plug-in.
FYI - CS5 was announced last week. If you are still using CS2 it might be worth it to consider upgrading.
