Question
I have the problem where the return/enter key and arrow keys don't work.  Has a solution been found for this problem.  I read where someone else has had the same problem.  Is there an answer cause I've already tried the suggest that was put forward.

Hi Bev,

I'm assuming you've made sure you have Admin privileges and have tried trashing the prefs file.

Some Australians have had success with this problem by renaming their presets files from EN_UK or EN_GB to EN_US.

Another fix has been to change compatibility of the application when installing it:

Win XP

"C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe InDesign CS4" --> right click 'Indesign.exe' --> Properties

Win XP-64

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe InDesign CS4" --> right click 'Indesign.exe' --> Properties

choose 'Compatibily' tab, tick "Run this program in compatibility mode for:"

and choose "Windows NT 4.0"
