Question
Hi Roy
I have created a booklet in Indesign with 6 separate sections + contents pages.

Is there a way that I can export all the sections together to be saved as 1 single .pdf for ease of printing?

I can export each section of the booklet individually but cannot figure out a way to do my above question.

Many thanks in advance

best regards
Jann

Answer
You can combine the PDFs really easily in Acrobat Professional, if you have that application.

If not, an alternative would be to set up an InDesign book (Go to New > InDesign Book), and compile each section into the "book." Then, from the book palette, I believe you can export all of the InDesign sections into a single PDF.

I hope this helps!
Roy
