Question
please how creat page number in indesign document apply master page (numbering & section option).

Answer
Create a text box on a master page for your page number, with the box selected, choose Type -> Insert Special Character -> Markers -> Current Page Number.

Repeat for the opposite facing master page.

Be sure to check the Options menu in the Pages Palette (the little arrow button at the top) and be sure that Auto Page Numbering is turned on.
