Question
Hi,

I am quite new to Indesign. I would like to merge 2 images so that it appears as a continuous one image.

Here is what I would like to achieve which I have uploaded on google:

I have also attached the indesign file.

Can you please explain me how can I do that?

Thanks

Answer
Hi Nitin,

To get this effect in InDesign you'll need to create the flowing frames with the pen tool. Click and drag the pen tool to create bezier curve points. Make as few points as possible and adjust the bezier curve handles to achieve the flowing effect.

Once you have the frames you can place images in them and then go to Windows>Effects and adjust the opacity. You may also need to go to Object>Arrange> to adjust layering.
