Adobe InDesign/Changing image resolution

Question
Is there a way to change the resolution (dpi/PPI) of a placed image without figuring it out mathematically and then resizing the object dimensions?

The math comes easy enough for me. But, it slows down my productivity (and creative groove). And, others, not so mathematically adept, really struggle with the confusion involved in resizing an image to a specific resolution.

Answer
Hi David,

Go to Image>Image Size... and in the dialog box uncheck Resample image. Then when you change the dimensions or resolution, the change is reflect instantly in the boxes.

Once the dimensions are set to your liking you can go back to the Image Size dialog box, check resample image and use bicubic interpolation, and adjust the resolution lower if needed.

Hope this answers your question,
