Question
indesign
indesign
is it possible to show objects on all pages for use in INDesign as like Pagemaker.

Answer
Hi Jeet,

In PageMaker, you had a common pasteboard that stayed when you went from page to page. In InDesign each page has it's own pasteboard around it. It's handy in that the front cover stuff is always near the front cover and the pasteboard doesn't get too crowded, but it's a pain when you want access to graphics that can be in different places throughout a document.

You can copy everything and paste it on each page or make a second document with all your house ads, pick up graphics etc., and just keep it handy to copy and paste from. You can also zoom out very far or view pages at 25% or 12.5% and drag objects from page to page.

Hope this helps,
