Adobe InDesign/CS4 InDesign to pdf

Question
I created pgs in InDesign with colored paper background and it shows perfectly in preview but will not show when I convert it to PDF.  Please help. It's for a school project and I have been struggling with Adobe CS4 since I started the class.

Answer
Hi Michelle,

Go to the Attributes palette and make sure Non-printing is not checked. When creating you pdf under the General tab you can Include Non-Printing Objects. Also check under the Advanced tab in the OPI section that none of the boxes are checked (EPS, PDF or Bitmap Images).

Hope this helps,
