Adobe InDesign/InDesign - how can I get my file to print out the same way as it looks on screen?

Question
Hi, I just started using InDesign.  I love it except that I'm having a problem with my file printing out differently than how it looks on the screen.  It looks perfect on-screen but when it prints out certain parts of it are cut off.  I want to expand the text box so that it won't be cut off, but when I move the text box with the handles, my text moves as well.  How can I expand the text box so that the cut off effect will be eliminated without also moving the text?

Thanks!

Answer
Hi Angela,

With your selection tool, the solid black arrow, select the text box by clicking on it. The corner handles will show up when it is selected. You can then just click and drag the text box by just putting your cursor anywhere in the text box.

You can also go to File>Document Setup to make your file fit the size of your printer paper or in the print dialog box on the left side click on setup and under options select Scale To Fit.

Hope this helps,

Adobe InDesign
