Adobe InDesign/InDesign pages

Question
I'm an old Quark user. In Quark, when I opened a file, the first page would be snugged in the upper left corner of the work space. And when working in the file I could double click on a page in the page palette and that page would immediately show up in the upper left-hand corner. Can this be done in InDesign?

Answer
Hi Jeff,

In InDesign if you have enlarged a page to work on a portion of it, when you click on a new page you'll get the upper left portion showing. If your entire page is centered in the window though, clicking on a new page will bring it in centered as well - going from page to page doesn't effect the page's magnification or it's position on your monitor.

Hope this helps,
