Adobe InDesign/Bleeds in InDesign

Question
I am a new InDesign user. how do I print bleeds in InDesign? No matter what I
do, my files have a half inch white border that nothing will print in. I have
tried no margins at all, but that did not work and does not seem to be the
best answer. Hopefully this is a simple answer.

Thanks

Andy

Answer
go to file
document setup
on the the bottom of the dialog box has your bleed settings. set all of your settings to .125.
When you work, take all of your work out to that red square that will appear - don't put writing on it. it will be cut off

when you export it out
in .pdf settings, make sure you have the box for bleed document settings checked. and make sure that the crop and bleed marks are checked. This is under the documents and settings file.
