Question
I have figured out how to set up a bulleted style sheet with colored bullets.
However, we use to do this is quark and there is one detail I just can't seem to
figure out. I can't get the line leading do be closer when the bullet text runs on
more than one line. Do you know where in paragraph styles I can do this? Also, I
have to convert an 800 page catalog from quark 5 to InDesign. Do you have any
suggestions to make the work flow smoother?

Answer
in paragraph styles, play with the dialog box with the for lines being the same except the top line that is moved to the right a little more.  This will move your words to where you want them.  (I don't use this in paragraph styles, so it may be in there.  If its not, this sign is in the paragraph tool bar.

quark 5 to Indesign - nope.  Quark has purposly made it so that its hard for you to transfer.  The only thing you can do is save it as an .eps and open it in Indesign.  Or...open is in quark and fix the things.  It shouldn't, key word - shouldn't - change it that much.
