QuestionThanks for your reply!
But it doesn't resolve my problem. I require specific tool (if any) to convert the file created in InDesign CS2 to Quark XPress. Please clarify if it is available.

Please let me know if we can convert the Adobe InDesign CS2 file into Quark.
Answer -
yes and no.
I don't think Indesign CS2 will let you convert, and I know for a fact that Quark 6.0 and above will not let you convert
5.0 and below, on the other hand, converts quite nicely. All you have to do is open the quark file in Indesign.
If you have above 5.0, what you'll need to do is save it as an .eps and then open that in Indesign. Theres a 50/50 chance that will work. If that doesn't work, try putting the .eps into illustrator. If that doesn't work, and you have a illustrator CS2, save the quark file as a .pdf. In the new illustrator, you have the ablitily to edit pdfs! If that doesn't work, try the the old copy and paste.
good luck!

AnswerThat is because I read your question backwards (quark to Indesign), sorry about that.:)
Ok, I had to double check with my printer friend on this one. Sadly there is no way to convert to Quark, unless you buy a program. I scimmed through google and found this:
http://www.markzware.com/id2q/. Its a quark conversion program that seems to be for quark 4 - 5. I don't know much about it, but I do see that there is a free trial.
If not, maybe you can do an .eps? See how that works? I'm still in the learning process of Quark, but is there an import button, you might want to try that. sorry for the guesses, I wish I could be more help. What you might want to do is ask someone in the quark category, I just don't use it enough.
