Question
I'm a Graphic Design student and have a CD project design to create and can't
get Indesign to make a long foldout.

How do you create a foldout layout in Indesign. I have tried to put the pages
next to each other like in Quark but can't seem to get it to work.

Is my only option to make a long page and set ruler guides?

I'm not sure why you can't get it to do a long foldout (I mean this nice, even though it sounds mean) - do you not mean that you can't get the document to be a certain size?.
