-----Question-----
How do you type on a PDF form in this program?  I have the form taken from the web  site saved in My Documents then saved into Adobe Acrobat.  I can use the pencil and draw but don't know how to type.  I need to do this ASAP to apply for a job.
-----Answer-----
On the top tool bar you will see the letter A, select that.  Now, you can type anywhere that is applicable.

note: you can't type in Adobe Reader, you must have adobe professional. If you do and it doesn't work, try opening the file through the website instead of saving it.

Answer
sorry, I dumbed it down too much

use the text tool

when you choose the text tool and if you can't type anywhere, then you don't have the option. It's a quirky option that works but 1/10 times.

also, if you have a yellow bar with check boxes, make sure these are check.
