Adobe InDesign/converting Indesign into MS Publisher
Expert: Candice Anderson - 9/17/2007
QuestionOh the pain! A newsletter I created in Indesign now needs to be functionable in
Microsoft Publisher. I can't find anyway to convert this document. Is there a way
to avoid completely rebuilding it?
AnswerYou know what you could also do,
go to adobe.com and just get 30 day trial. That way you can just open and fix. And next month, make a huge note that you can't take Indesign.
(not sure if got an answer from me already, the old answer is below ;) )
nope.
but...there might be a way to convert it over to publisher. It's going to require a copy of page maker.

this is about if you want to open a publisher file in page maker. If you can convert publisher to page maker...maybe you can reverse it. (I don't have pagemaker anymore unfortunately).
also...give microsoft a call. If you're under warranty, I'm sure they can give you a solution.
if you plan on making newsletters in the future, you need to get Indesign. As much as I love publisher, and I really do like that program, it's obsolete, and you will have this problem again.
