Adobe InDesign/exporting

QuestionHi, I'm sending a project to a printer that wants JPG files -- not PDFs, which I
am used to dealing with. I had already exported to PDF from InDesign, so I
was just going to open the PDF files individually from PhotoShop. (it needs to
be at least 200 dpi-grayscale) But whenever I try to open a page from the PDF
file in PhotoShop it takes FOREVER to rasterize. It goes faster if I uncheck
"anti-aliasing" but then I notice some of my fonts are jagged when it does
open in PhotoShop. Any help you can give to help me get a high-res. JPG out
of InDesign would be awesome!
Answerthe only thing I can say is to turn off any starting programs you have and don't run anything while opening your files. It's not a photoshop issue, it's a RAM issue.
oh, and get a new printer, that a stupid request. (unless you're going through online, then I understand :) )
