Adobe InDesign/exporting pdfs from multiple page document
Expert: Candice Anderson - 6/19/2006
Questionhi. thanks for your help. I want to be able to take a mulitple page
indesign document and export (or print) those pages as individual
PDF (or PS) files with maybe even a naming convention that assigns
it by the page number each page of the document falls on. Can you
help?
thanks
Will
Answerhey there,
easy way of doing the pdf one pager, go to file, document settings and unclick the facing pages option. When you export it and print it, ask them to print single sided.
as for exporting them as one file a piece - take one page at a time, put it in a new document, save and export. I don't think there is an easier way if all the pages are under one document.

I'm not sure what you are asking. Or rather, I think I know, but that answer is, you can't unless you know how to program. But you might be asking something more simple than that, please explain :)
what might be a little easier is to throw them in acrobat distiller. Go to file, print and where it askes you what printer to print, use the pdf for distiller option. Then just print the page you want (same way that you would normally print) - It will then assign a name for your file, which could take care of the second question.
