Expert: Candice Anderson - 1/8/2007

I have created a document in InDesign and when I print, one of my font colors mysteriously turns to black. On my screen it is gold, but when i print, it turns to black. This only occurs with this one word and the same color gold is located on other parts of the document and they print fine.

Any suggestions?

the only thing i can think of is that there is something hidden underneath the word, maybe?

I would just retype the word. If it still does it, try typing it in another color and see what it does. If it still does the same thing, it might be a printer malfunction.
