Question
I do not have indesign and have never used it, but i have a client that wants to send me their artwork as "indesign CS@ creative files". Can I open them with any other applications? I have Photoshop and Illustrator CS2 as well as an older version of Acrobat.
thanks
Najla

Answer
nope.

and even if you could, you'd have to have to the images packaged with them. It's a big needless mess.

Tell your client to give you a .pdf.
If you need the links, tell him to package it (file, package) and send you the folder.

You're client should know better than that. Kudos to you for not yelling at him :)
