Adobe InDesign/page numbers

Question
I can't just cover it up, because I need all the page numbers.  Before page 1, I
need a page without any numbers on it.  It's for a cookbook and the lady now
wants me to insert a page in the beginning with just the name of the book on
it.  However, if I insert a page, it becomes page 1.  I need this page before
page 1 though.  Thanks soo much for the help.  I really appreciate it.

-----Question-----
Hi, thanks for the help.  I need to have something like this...

page 1, page 2, page 3, page with no number, page 4, page 5, etc.  I can't get
it to work.

-----Question-----
If I have automatic page numbering on, but I want to insert a page but don't
want a number on it, how do I do it?  Thanks!
-----Answer-----
will this still be a page that will be in order...

ugg...like page one will have a number, page two will have a number, page
three will still be page three but you don't want to see the number, page four
will have a number etc...

if so then just put colored square that matches your document over it.  Or if
your picture is a full bleed, put the picture over it.  I'm sure there is a more
advanced way, but  this is how I do it.

if this page will not be included and your page four needs to be page three,
then use the automated number options on each page (as opposed to using
the auomated page numbers on the master page) on the page you don't want
the number, don't put the automated page number on it.

I hope this makes sense.
-----Answer-----
do what I said in the first one.

cover it up with whatever art you are using on that page, or put a white
square on top that matches your page.

that or if you don't have many pages, just manually number.

Answer
oh ok,

you can't do that.  That's page one, and page one is page one. (you'll confuse the printer and your readers)  but you can get rid of the number and make the next page, page 2.

what you do:
auto page number like normal
go to your title page.
go to window
pages
click on the arrow on the left
click override master page
now you can delete that number and everything else is still intack.
