Hi, I am making a cookbook in indesign, and need to get it printed.  I never
did this before.  The printer sent me all of this stuff.  Can you explain what it
all means?

-----Composed Press Proof

hi,

dylux - i have no idea
press proof - this is you pdf that you need to give them.

direct to plate- don't worry about it.

Basically, you need to give them a cd (or however you upload it)  that has a pdf version of the book, the indesign file and the packaged files of the fonts and photos.
