Question
I have a CMYK picture and wish to convert into magenta colour for printing it only in a single magenta colour job. Please till how to do this?

open your picture
go to image, mode, grayscale
go to image, mode (again), duotone
if you just want magenta (no black) leave it at monotone and double click on black square and choose your magenta
if you want blk and magenta, choose duotone from the menu and do the same thing.
