Question
QUESTION: I am having problems printing a 43x90 image at 150 res on a ink jet printer.  For some reason I can not get it to print.  I can print 20x16 with no issues.  Any guess?

ANSWER: what unit of measure are you talking about? Inches, pixels, mm, etc.

QUESTION: Sorry, inches.

Answer
Hi Angela

Ok, I can easily tell you right now, your file is too large for your printer, unless you are using a huge epson/hp inkjet large format printer. 43 x 90 is almost 250 mb. Most printers can handle a maximum file size of 100 mb depending on their internal memory.

Your file is almost 10x as large as a 20 x 16. Reduce the file size dramatically and try printing again.

Thanks

Kevin
