Adobe Photoshop/Component Transfer Error when intsalling

Question
Kevin, I recently had Photoshop CS 8.0 UNINSTALLED from my computer because it was not being used and just taking up unnecessary space. Well, recently I got back into my editing fascination and wanted to reinstall this program. I've tried maybe 30 different times only to get the same error:
Component Transfer Error
Component: PDF Support for Asian Languages
File Group: Font Base
File: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Fonts\
Error: Access is Denied
Setup will be aborted now.
[ OK ]
And of course the only thing you can do is click "ok" and the setup does indeed abort.
What does this mean and how can I fix it. It should work since it had been installed previously, right?

You will need to go through and do a manual uninstall. Adobe's uninstaller does not remove all components. Do a search in your application support or just a find for anything that is linked to Adobe or Photoshop CS and remove it and then try another install.
