Adobe Photoshop/Photoshop Plug in

Question
I'm using Photoshop CS8.I tried to open my Raw images from my Camera, but could not open because the images are under this
name" DSC_001" which Photoshop does not recognize.
What can I do to solve this problem?

Hi Ragai,

The name is not what is causing the error, its the version of camera raw you are using. Photoshop CS (v.8) is 3 versions old now, and is unsupported by Adobe. There have been several camera raw updates in even the past few months that are only available for CS3/4.

I have a feeling your camera is too new and CS does not support the newer file type, but try running all updates and see if anything comes through.
