I want to paste a chain with locket onto my own photo over my shirt transparently as if the shirt is transparent and is showing me wearing a chain and locket. Help me or Guide me in doing this. Thanks for your time and guidance

have you cropped the chain and locket ?

if not, first make a cutout of the required area. then paste onto  your page. (separate layer, above your own picture.)

Now place the locket where you want it to be, transform it (CTRL+T) as requires.

change the opacity to what you really think it should be (see layer menu opacity bar)
