I KNOW THIS MAKES ME SOUND STUPID BUT I NEED HELP SETTING UP A WEB PAGE. WHERE DO I START, HOW DO I GET IT SETUP PLEASE HELP ASAP

Answer
You'll need a place to host your web site. I recommend www.1and1.com. They have excellent startup packages for as low as $3.99 a month.

Then, you'll need software to build your web site with. While you CAN do it with just notepad and a free FTP program, I recommend either Microsoft FrontPage or Expression Web.

Once you've got that set up, come back to me and I'll give you more info.
