Adobe Photoshop/Color setting

Question
I'm using Vista and PS CS2.  Both got the options in color setting.  What's the best way and procedure to adjust the right setting for my screen before doing photo retouching.

Answer
Hi Abby,

Your monitor settings can be changed using either one of the control panels, and either is fine (adobe Gamma or the vista setting). I usually use Adobe Gamma on my PC, but I do not have Vista.

On a side note, I want to let you know ahead of time that CS2 is not totally compatible with Vista, and can end up being very buggy. Another reason why people are downgrading to XP.

Thanks

Kevin
