Hello Richard,
              I' just created a nice logo of a tree in "Photoshop CS3" & I like to give the logo a professional 2D
glossy plastic look (the type of glossy plastic effect you'd see in "Toy Story) to help my logo stand out on screen for my website.

Is there any application that will take a "Photoshop CS3" graphic & allow me to do this?

There is a filter in Photoshop 7 that does this effect for you automatically… I don't recall the name offhand, but I would be surprised if they didn't include it with CS3.
