Adobe Photoshop/clip board error message

Question
"clipboard export failed because image too wide to save as PICT"

I keep getting this error after I save a worked image.

I use a MAC, (just made the switch) and shoot raw. I convert in bridge then work the jpegs on PS CS3.

thanks
maria

Answer
HI Maria,

Somewhere during your work, you are copying something that is too large for Photoshop to export as a clipped item to use in other programs. This is a preference you can turn off in the Photoshop Preferences or just make sure you purge the clipboard before closing (edit>Purge).

Thanks

Kevin
