Question
I've been using cs3e for a year and it just started to freeze when trying to save files. It's happens with any file size. XP Pro does not freeze, mouse still active. Can you help?

Does PS crash any other time or only when you save?
Try resetting your preferences by holding down Shift+Ctrl+Alt when you start up. You should get a prompt to reset your prefs. If you don't you were too slow and try again.
If that does not work after you reset, you may have to reinstall. There may have been some corruption of the app.
