Question
Hi, I created a document design on Pages (Mac) and exported it to .pdf format
for printing. Apparently it is not showing 300 dpi quality, and I am not sure how
to fix this without redoing the document on another program. Could you please
help urgently?!

Answer
The PDF is just like what you is see is what you get. if you are seening it correctly you will not get it in printing.

to avoid such cae, try exporting your files to another format such as, TIFF or EPS, AI format.

there can be sure of resolution plus the resolution quality as well

Hope this will help, feel free to ask anything further
