Question
Every font I type in Adobe Photoshop Elements comes out
pixelated. How can I improve the font so they look
sharp and clean.

Increase the resolution of the File. 'Image>Image Size...' resolution = minimum of 100
OR
Go to the menu Window>Character and tweak change the character settings to smooth as i showed in the attached image.
