good day sir. i just started using photoshop cs3, the problem is that: i prepared a 1000 px by 1000px layer, used black to white gradient and used render>difference clouds several times. then i used an elliptical marquee then use render>distort>spherize, the spherize function is not available.how can i use spherize? im trying to make a glowing red object, a tutorial i found in the internet. thanks.
Hi Ted,
Im guessing that one of two things has snagged you. The first is your color mode, make sure it is set to RGB. Filters run in RGB, not CMYK or grayscale. If that is not the case, I would then make sure that you are on the correct layer, not a blank one.
