Question

fused images
Hi,
I have just loaded Photoshop CS3 version for mac.
And trying to figure out how to fuse images together.
And example of the effects I want to create are attached

Thank you in advance for any help

Answer
Hi Natalia,
The easiest way to create the effect you want would be to place the images on separate layers. You can just copy and paste each image onto it's own layer and alter them independently of each other. You should name the layers so it's easy to keep track of what you're working on. Make sure the images overlap and make the eraser tool a big soft brush and work on the edges. When you're happy with the way the images flow together you can create layer comps using the layer comps palette and export them or flatten all layers and do a save as...
ALWAYS copy your layered file and work on the duplicate, if you inadvertently flatten then close your file all the layers - and your editing capabilities - will be lost.
I hope this answers your question and have fun creating fused images!
