Subject: using free transform

Question
i had already installed the photoshop and cs2, but the free transform is not working, i had worked it on bitmap, rgb and grayscale. it works only when it is moved on new document. why is it not working on the original document since i want it to work on the original because it saves me a lot of time instead of moving it to new document.

Answer
hi tenzin,
you must use rgb or index mode to edit original images. and if you are using rgb or index mode so make sure u are not working on background layer. make duplicate that layer and then try it to transform i am sure it will work.

thank you,
