Question

CS3issue.jpg
Hi, After installing CS3 I have been unable to arrange my folder and file
opening sequence to remain set in order "by name".
It only happens with CS3, not any other program or
with CS2 previously.SEE ATTACHED jpg After I reset
the sequence each time it always reverts to the setting and order you see in the attachement jpg. I just want the
folder contents to list alphabetically everytime
that I open them up. Please Help me, Thanks, Randy
PS I have exhausted all searches for preference settings,
default settings, etc.

Answer
Hi Randy,

In your normal Windows folder, are the icons arranged alphabetically or by something else? Your windows folder view preferences override all CS3 preferences. Changing it in the CS3 Open window is only a temporary setting. Check your folder in Windows.

Thanks
