Question
Hi-An artist sketched some pictures for me but the paint bucket tool won't fill in some of the pictures because he left spaces in the drawing-so the paint bucket is filling in the picture and the whole background too.  So I've painstackingly been going over the outline with the pencil tool. Is there another tool in Elements 6 that would do that for me?    Thanks, Walter Rubin

Answer
You could try using the magic wand to select all of the parts of your image and then cut it out and paste it on its own layer... but to the best of my knowledge the way you're doing it is probably the BEST way.
