Adobe Photoshop/paint brush problem

Question

Clothesline
It's not painting within the outline on one of my pictures-the last shirt on left but it's painting the shirt and the whole background instead

Answer
This all depends on how you selected it before your paint operation. You can try masking it off, or just make sure the color of your shirt is set first and there are no breaks in the outline.
