Adobe Photoshop/Photoshop CS2 Printing

Question
Kevin:

I can not get a white backgroung to print white. I have tried on a laser and an inkjet. It comes out with a pale green tint. I have an 8 bit RGB document completely blank, background R255, g255, b255. When I try to print it, I still have the green tint printing.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Rodney

Answer
Hi Rodney,

This has to do more with your printer handling and RGB file than Photoshop. Convert your file to CMYK and check the values and resend to you printer as CMYK. I have a feeling your printer is out of calibration. White even if RGB, should convert to 0 value.

Thanks

Kevin
