Question
Hi...
I recently got 2 imac's with Leopard, installed cs3 and when one system attempts to open 2 psd files in photoshop i get a "the program has encountered an error" message.  even i click ok it pops right back up.  The only way to get it to stop is to use force quit.
i googled some forums and tried to clear cache, reinstall cs3, reset preference file etc etc...but of no use...any HELP would be appreciated thanx in advance

Answer
Are you trying to open them at the same time, or are you opening one and then later opening another one?

if it's differnt files you are trying to open:

I may be WAY off on this, but I'm thinking if it's not a bug with the photoshop itself (which you'll need to get a new copy of photoshop) and if you have updated your entire system, quicktime and adobe, then it's your license. You're supposed to have two licenses for photoshop, but it may think that you've already used the two and it keeps detecting that after you open the second file. Try uninstalling the photoshop from the other computer and see if that works. Again, might be way the heck off, but it might be worth a try.

if it's the same files:

You have a corrupt file.

Also, call Adobe. Sometimes they have good customer service.
