Question
My illustration stock agency now requires images to be Photoshop TIFs. I've always worked in Paint Shop Pro - I scan drawings into PSP and colorize them. If I were to purchase the less expensive version of Photoshop (Elements? PhotoDeluxe?), could I produce true Photoshop TIFs?

Photoshop Elements will save files in TIF format.
As a less expensive alternative you might try using Gimp, it's an open source image manipulation program that can open PSP files and save them as tif's.
