Adobe Photoshop/Activation code problems

Question
I registered my Adobe Photoshop program and received an email with an activation code. When I try to enter the code to unlock the program, I get a message telling me that I am not the administrator of my computer and I need to log on as the administrator in order to enter the unlock code. Problem is, I AM the administrator and it even says so in my user profile. What can I do? Thanks.

Hi Barbara,

Since you are an administrator on the computer, on one of the dialog boxes there should be an authenticate button that will allow you to put in your password and continue on your way.
