Dear Sir,
My Adobe photoshop CS3 slideshow has stopped working.  I highlight the file as usual and select the slide show button then wait whilst the computer circles ready to open then it just stops.  Please could you help.

Do you mean Bridge? Photoshop can create slideshows, but Bridge has the slideshow button so thats what I am going to go with.

There are a number of reasons that a slideshow is slow or not running in Bridge. The most common reasons are file sizes, which it will run it just takes a long time to process depending on the number of images in the folder. Bridge has to process each one to buffer for the slideshow. Another option is you have a file that Bridge can see but is having an issue processing.

If you are only looking at one file, you can always go to the full screen view instead of the slideshow view. More than likely you are looking at an entire folder, and not just one file which leans me more towards the first issue. Check the individual file sizes in the folder and see if there is a larger file that would hold it up or choke it.
