Question
I have just installed Photoshop Elements 6.  When I click on the help button, nothing happens.  Previous editions of Photoshop Elements would open a searchable help file in a separate window, but with this version, nothing happens and I can't get help.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Gregg

Answer
Hey Gregg,
There are many complaints regarding this issue, and adobe is aware of this.

try:
- Reinstalling with another copy of PSE6 (Antivirus off while installing)
- Check this http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=kb402707&sliceId=1
