Question

screen shot
I'm using photoshop cs(1) on a mac osx. I would like to know how to detach the layer styles/blending options palette from the top of my screen. I used to be able to move it around/relocate it like the rest of the palettes, but it is now locked at the top of the screen...

Thanks.

Answer
Hi Geo,

The easiest thing to do is to change your screen resolution in your mac system preferences. It is a Mac OSX issue, not really a PS issue. Keep this window and palette open and when you change the size of your screen it will move the menu away from the palette. Move the palette and reset your screen preferences.

Thanks
