Question
Just purchased Elements 7 because it claims it can view and edit .tif pictures. I just took 56 high quality pictures and the new program can't open a single one. It says it's the wrong type of file. Did I just waste my money?

Answer
Hi Bruce,

Make sure the pictures have the correct extension on them, if .tif didn't work try .jpg

Hope this helps,
